Graphics Application

Embroidery

A quality and valuable method of applying a logo, which will last longer than the textile itself. In addition to classic embroidery, we also offer 3D embroidery and fabric patches. For embroidery we use Japanese Tajima embroidery machines with the possibility of embroidering up to 15 color patterns. Depending on a washing method, we recommend the most suitable type of thread. Viscose threads for conventional washing up to 95% without bleaching agents, polyester threads for the use of bleaching agents or for industrial washing. Choose from more than 450 thread colors.

Screen Printing

The oldest and most used form of printing on single-layer textiles performed on screen printing machines, mainly T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, shirts, advertising bags, etc. Washable at 40 degrees as standard, on request at 60 or 90 degrees when additives are added to the ink. Possibility of printing max. 10 colors.

Transfer Printing

For applying a logo to multiple layer textiles, e.g. backpacks, windbreakers, jackets, caps, etc. Screen printing is also used, where the logo is mirror-printed on portable transfer film and then ironed on textile by a press. Washability the same as for screen printing.

Direct Digital Printing

One of the latest logo printing technologies. Inks with a composition +/- the same as for screen printing are used, where white background ink is printed first on textile and subsequently a digital layer is printed directly.

Flock

Mostly known as so-called hairy printing by customers. We have 2 options how to implement it. For small orders, the logo is cut out of flock foil by a plotter and then it is ironed on textile. Only a single-color flock is possible. For larger orders, printing is carried out on a screen printing machine, where we use glue as a base instead of ink, into which flock fibers are subsequently poured on the basis of static electricity. 2-color flock is possible here.

Flex

The most commonly used method for printing small single-color orders, especially numbers and names on jerseys. A special film is used, which is cut out by a plotter and subsequently ironed on textile.

Digitally Printed Flex

It is a digitally printed flex, which is subsequently cut by a plotter and ironed on textile through transfer film. It is most often used for textiles that are not often washed - a backpack, caps, etc.

Sublimation Printing

The most popular application of a logo on polyester sportswear. The use only on white polyester is a disadvantage, but the great advantage is the preservation of active properties such as the polyester breathability. The logo is printed on sublimation film by a printer and then ironed on textile by a transfer press. Unlike other printing methods, the ink does not remain on the surface, but reacts with the fiber, so that one does not sweat under the ink layer.
